To register your self on DLT platform, you need to talk to your operator (BSNL, Videocon, MTNL, Airtel) they will provide you a link where in your need to fill your basic details and have to upload the your KYC documents. At time of registration you need to choose telemarketer option or enterprise option. You also need to pay certain fees depending upon your category or business.

6 Registration fee Rs. 5000 (Non-Refundable) NEFT/ Cheque/DD  
7 Security Deposit Rs. 50000- (Refundable) NEFT/ Cheque/DD - Not applicable in case TM registering a PE  
8 Service Agreement on Rs 100 stamp paper (signed by TM &  V-con Integrated Solutions Private Limited)for  Resources Scanned Image to be uploaded on the portal  
9 Pan Number (Entity), GST Number(Govt.), Aadhaar Number of Authorized Signatory To be entered on portal
