This guide will help you create a Principal Entity (PE) to Telemarketer (TM) chain on the Smartping or Videocon DLT Portal. To avoid interruptions, you need to complete the PE-TM chain at the DLT portals as soon as possible.
To create a PE-TM mapping chain on the Smartping/Videocon DLT portal, log in and navigate to the PE-TE Chain tab. Click New Request, enter the Telemarketer ID 1702157373640103575 (SMSINDIAHUB), and click Submit. Wait for the SMSINDIAHUB team to approve the chain, then request final approval on your DLT portal.
Once the entire PE-TM > TM > TM > TMD chain is defined, both the Telemarketer (TM) and Telemarketer Distributor (TMD) must approve the chain to ensure complete compliance.

Access your Smartping or Pingconnect DLT account using your verified enterprise credentials.
Navigate your dashboard menu and locate the PE-TE Chain (Principal Entity - Telemarketer Chain) section.
Initiate a new mapping workflow by clicking the New Request button within the PE-TE Chain tab.
Input the official SMSINDIAHUB Telemarketer ID in the search or mapping field:
Note: The telemarketer name will automatically show up as SMSINDIAHUB.
Click Submit to finalize the request. Note that uploading a document is completely optional; you can skip that step for now.
