If you are registered as a Principal Entity on BSNL, follow this comprehensive guide to securely map your telemarketer in the DLT portal and comply with TRAI's mandatory PE-TM binding chain regulations.
To create a PE-TM mapping chain on the BSNL DLT portal, log in and navigate to the Chains option, then click +New Chain. Enter the Telemarketer ID 1702157373640103575 (SMSINDIAHUB) and click Submit. Finally, email info@smsindiahub.in for TM approval, then log back into BSNL DLT to grant final approval.
Once the entire PE-TM > TM > TM > TMD chain is defined, both the Telemarketer (TM) and Telemarketer Distributor (TMD) must systematically approve the chain on the BSNL portal to ensure SMS traffic traceability.

Follow these precise steps within your BSNL DLT portal dashboard to successfully establish your Principal Entity to Telemarketer mapping.
Securely access your BSNL DLT account using your registered Principal Entity credentials.
On the DLT Home page, you will see the option of Chains. Click on the chains option and further click on the “+New Chain” tab.
In the mapping field, enter the official SMSINDIAHUB Telemarketer ID:
Note: The telemarketer’s name will automatically show as SMSINDIAHUB.
Click “Submit”. The status of the chain will successfully display as “pending“ in your dashboard.
Once you have submitted the chain, you must complete the two-step verification process to fully bind the mapping:
Request TM Approval
Email info@smsindiahub.in informing us to approve your request on our end of the DLT portal.
Final PE Verification
After our team confirms the approval, log back into your BSNL DLT portal and permanently approve the active chain.
