Post-paid Customers
Invoices raised going forward will carry the additional DLT scrubbing charges of Rs. 0.025 (2.5p) + GST against all SMS submitted to the platform.
Pre-paid Customers
The available coins/balance in your panel are re-calculated automatically based on the additional Rs. 0.025 (2.5p) + GST scrubbing deduction.
Implementation Date
Due to pandemic-related disruptions, the original August implementation was successfully pushed back to officially begin on 1st September 2020.
Template Priority
The scrubbing charge is independent of Template Registration. You are strictly requested to complete your template approvals on priority to avoid failures.
Why Will Telcos Charge 0.025 INR per Message?
